SCO Solutions is a consultancy & advertising firm that has a comprehensive experience of working for international and local non/governmental organizations, state structures, municipalities, trademarks, political parties and candidates. SCO Solutions, continues to serve its clients in research, organization, campaigning and strategic communications. In doing so, SCO Solutions relies on its technical staff comprising of political scientists, psychologists, financial analysts, political analysts, data scientists and junior academics. 

Although the company initially focused on marketing communications and strategy, soon it became multi-sectoral and provided multi-dimensional services for large companies such as Halkbank, Türksat, UN organizations (ILO, UNWomen), municipalities and local and international non-governmental organizations such as RET International, TOBB and ATO. Thanks to the large scale of its staff pattern, the scope of services provided by SCO Solutions are effectively and efficiently carried out. SCO Solutions has many success stories in analysis and reporting, field research and consultancy. 

2019-2020, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and International Labor Organization (ILO) , “Promoting Women Employment through Employer Supported Child Care” Project

SCO Solutions worked on out the technical assistance for the joint project of EBRD and ILO. The project was aimed at researching current state of the child care systems in Turkey and will come up with the skeleton of three alternative child care models which would then be implemented through collaboration of public and private actors. 

2018, International Labour Organization, Participatory Gender Audit Project

SCO Solutions worked on the analysis and reporting of field research for the project titled “Participatory Gender Audit” in the framework of "More and Better Jobs Women Project" carried out with İŞKUR [Turkish Employment Agency]. The service provided for ILO also included concurrent communications planning and design and publication of communications materials. SCO Solutions, hence, gained vast experience in developing flexibility in terms of standard operating procedures and policies of international organizations.

2018, RET International, My Life Adolescent Friendly Centres/Safe Spaces in Şanlıurfa and Mardin

SCO Solutions provided creative services for RET International in the project titled My Life Adolescent Friendly Centres/Safe Spaces in Şanlıurfa and Mardin funded by UNICEF, in a timely manner and in accordance with RET International and UNICEF expectations. 

Halkbank

Halkbank is the largest state-owned bank that SCO Solutions has worked with for communication needs at certain periods since 2003. 

• Radio commercials, press ads, and blow- the-line designs.
• Creating, and managing launch campaign related to the new credit card brand of the Bank, TV & Radio commercials, press ads, planning for social media campaign, and blow the line designs.
• Management of various campaigns related to different PR and commercial purposes such as awareness and corporate social responsibility campaigns, anniversary and image campaigns, sales and publicity campaigns, preparation of promotional materials.

Çankaya Municipality of Ankara

Over 4 years, SCO Solutions provided political consultancy for Çankaya Municipality. The political consultancy services were informed by a wide range of field work, field research, analysis, strategy formulation and communications planning. Within this framework, SCO Solutions re-designed the public identity of the municipality based on polls and field research and analysis, set out the communication strategy, and produced creative works.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ GmbH), IPA - Increasing the Adaptability of Employers and Employees in Tourism Sector

SCO Solutions worked with GIZ in the project titled “Increasing the Adaptability of Employers and Employees in Tourism Sector” carried out with the Ministry of Tourism. In this project, SCO Solutions provided consultancy services for preparation of training materials in keeping with the content and purpose of the capacity-building trainings provided for Ministry staff.

UN Women, Gender Responsive Budgeting Project

SCO Solutions provided field research and analysis for UN Women in the project titled “Gender Responsive Budgeting Project”. Also, within the project, SCO Solutions produced relevant documentations based on the study conducted and set a course for communication strategy.

Limitless Sports (Limitsiz Spor) is a magazine and a sports communication platform that specializes in disabled sports. Customs and Tourism Enterprises Co. Inc. (GTİ) was established the partnership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has been modernizing the border gates in Turkey.
